Online Shopping Policy
When shopping for frames online, please keep in mind that our certified and experienced opticians are available to guide you. All of our frames are handmade and produced in limited quantities. These frames may require adjustments and fittings by a professional optician, particularly due to the unique materials often used.
If you are uncertain about which frames to select, we offer guidance on fit and proportion. If you're not located in Chicago, you can schedule a virtual fitting or email a photo for personalized recommendations. We can also refer you to a local optician in your area to help with adjustments for a perfect fit.
Shipping Policy
We ship orders on Wednesdays and Fridays. Most orders ship within 5 business days if the item is in stock. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you with an updated estimated time of arrival (ETA). While we strive to avoid delays, please understand that some circumstances are beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including duties and taxes that may be due upon delivery. If a package is refused and returned, customers are responsible for any costs associated with reshipping.
Return Policy
All returns must be pre-approved. To request a return, send an email to returns@eyespyoptical.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
For refunds, approved frames must be returned in unworn condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of return approval. Approved returns received after this 7-day window will only be eligible for store credit, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied daily after the 7-day period.
Frames marked as SALE are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, which will not be reimbursed. We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of your frames.
International Orders
All international orders are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.
Customers are also responsible for any taxes, duties, customs, or other fees incurred once the order is shipped, and these charges cannot be refunded by Eye Spy Optical.
Privacy Policy
Eye Spy Optical collects express consent for SMS subscriptions and messaging. We will not share your opt-in data or consent information with any third parties.
Our website uses cookies to track the items you place in your shopping cart, including abandoned items. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. No specific marketing efforts are made based on location data.
