Due to Covid-19, we are open BY *APPOINTMENT* ONLY Tuesday through Saturday, and masks are required. Comprehensive eye exams are available on Thursdays.
We have implemented many new procedures for the safety of our customers and staff. When you arrive at the shop, you will have our full attention and guidance. We will screen you for symptoms, only allow one customer in the shop at a time and have pre-selected frames for you. We are washing all of our frames after they are tried-on….and sanitizing the shop between visits. Rest assured, there is signage in-store with our all of our new procedures. We will guide you though the process, while standing on the pink 6” social distancing stickers:-)
When you make an appointment for a private eyewear fitting, we request that you fill out a lifestyle survey and send us a photo or two before your appointment. This enables us to put together a selection of frames that will complement you face and your lifestyle…before you even step into the shop:-) Appointments for eyewear selection are 45 minutes long…which is just enough time to have a little fun and find your true love/s!!
Also…our new outdoor waiting area is set up! For the time being, clients getting eye exams, will wait at our back entrance on Paulina St. until their appointment time. We will welcome you into the shop for pre-screening before your exam. Then you will head directly downstairs to our retro waiting room, where our doctor will greet you and take you to the exam room.
