CUSTOMER OF THE WEEK!!

Written by on March 2nd 2014

Starting off March the only way we know how…WITH A NEW CUSTOMER OF THE WEEK!

Meet Christie!

W_CHRISTIE
Christie had been pining for a pair of glitzy Francis Klein frames with just the right amount of purple and sparkle. After many trials and tribulations, we finally got to the right frame: a customized Francis Klein “Iona” in crystal lavender with pink Swarovski crystal decor…and icy blue temples! We appreciate that she was patient during the grueling process of finding the perfect frame. And we’re so happy she chose these flawless beauties!

Happy Sunday everyone!! Meet our newest Customer of the Week: Stacie!!

L_STACIE
We couldn’t have picked a better customer/frame match here, folks. Caroline Abram makes some pretty sweet cat eyes, but it takes a special person to rock them with finesse and class. Whelp, Stacie does that and more with this Caroline Abram “Ines” frame in red and cherry. Stacie looks like she came camera-ready for this photo shoot, but that’s just her natural beauty accentuated by those stunning specs!

New Line Alert: Gentle Monsters

Written by on September 8th 2013

Hey Everyone!!

We’re introducing a new line to the Eye Spy sales floor! Gentle Monster, a line hand-crafted in S. Korea, takes on modern edges with sleek angles. Their business model is built around the motto of “INNOVATIVE EXPERIMENT.” These frames take on attributes of the classics, but with an update. They incorporate interchangeable face-plates and clip-on sunglasses, which make them some of the most diverse frames out there. OH…and we are the only store the United States with this fabulous line!!

These frames break the mold…literally. Instead of using the traditional injection molding, these pieces of art are actually carved out a sheet of acetate and molded by hand.

So if you’re looking for the classic look with an edgy updated persona…these little monsters are definitely for you!

Customer of the Week!!!

Written by on August 28th 2011
Karen totally rocks these vintage assymetrical glasses.  They capture her fun personality and accentuate her edgy hairstyle.  The bold red hue pops…just like her smile!

She is waiting anxiously to get a second pair of glasses by Rapp optical.  The combination of matte front with extremely crisp, defined edges are unlike the shiny rounded corners found on most acetate frames. The contrast between the flat front and pronounced forward curve of the bridge really is really flattering on Karen…

Congrats Karen, you are the Customer of the Week!!!

Customer of the Week!

Written by on July 17th 2011

Our Customer of the Week is ANNA!

Anna is sweet as pie and we adore her new Claire Goldsmith Legacy frames.  They are a bold square shape with a beautiful translucent deep sea green hue.  As you can see by her big smile, Anna could not wait to flaunt them!

With her Legacy line of frames, Claire is focused on adding a modern twist and a touch of refinement to the hugely popular heavy plastic frames made famous by her great grandfather, Oliver Goldsmith. Combining timeless designs with contoured and bold frame shapes, the Legacy collection is made using the high standards of craftsmanship and advanced manufacturing techniques that have become synonymous with the Goldsmith name.

Congrats, ANNA, you are our Customer of the Week!

CUSTOMER OF THE WEEK!

Written by on September 27th 2009

This week, we have TWO Customers of the week! A while back, Gray called us looking for a pair of round tortoise Francis Klein frames, we did some checking, looked up some info, and invited Gray to the store to look at some options. Gray and his wife, Arden, drove up from Indiana to check out the selection, and wouldn’t you know it, they BOTH found awesome frames!

Two. of. hearts. Two hearts that beat as one. Two. of. hearts.

Gray chose a Ray-Ban frame as his new sunglasses and Arden cleverly found a Lafont frame that, though designed as an every day pair, works beautifully as sunglasses!

So, Congratulations to Gray *and* Arden on finding fantastic new frames! We’re glad you made the trip to find the perfect new glasses!

Guess what!?! Eye Spy is turning ELEVEN!!!! We’re having an anniversary party on Saturday, October 17th from 10-6pm. Stop by and join us in celebrating eleven awesome years!
